四、 Working principle: When the power input terminal is introduced into the column vacuum circuit breaker through a cable, the high-voltage arc forms a high-temperature gas space inside the arc extinguishing cover. When the contact is closed, an arc is generated, ionizing the air into positively charged ion and electron currents. At the same time, the surrounding oxygen is ionized into negative ions and adsorbed on the contact to form a plasma (commonly known as "fire"), which quickly extinguishes the arc and achieves the goal of quickly breaking faults.
